Federal Patent Court tends to favor the opinion of S.A.F.E. e.V.-Successful certification of the Transparceny Software version 1.3.0 (workaround solution )

On October 23, 2023, the Federal Patent Court ruled in the patent dispute between S.A.F.E. e.V. and Compleo Charing Solutions AG sent a legal notice in accordance with Section 83 Paragraph 1. The court leans in favor of the S.A.F.E. view, who had filed an action for nullity against two patents. The workaround solution for the transparency software was also certified by the PTB. .
